Know the design of muffle furnace door and door guide plate?
The door structure of the muffle furnace is basically the same. It consists of a steel frame, cast iron edges and a fire-resistant insulation lining. Cast iron edges are not used in low temperature and low temperature heat treatment furnaces.
The space between the lifting lugs of the furnace door is L1 = 0.5B, B is the width of the furnace door frame, and the space between the I-beam and channel steel is L2 = 600~800mm.
HT200 gray cast iron is mainly used for heat treatment furnace door, RQTSi4 high silicon heat-resistant cast iron is mainly used for car furnace door.
Door guides can be divided into water-cooled and non-water-cooled structures. The non-water-cooled door guide structure can be used in heating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces. When used in a heating furnace, use RQTSi4 high silicon heat-resistant cast iron, and other parts use HT200 gray cast iron. The water-cooled furnace door guide plate has the characteristics of light weight, small deformation and long service life. The water-cooled furnace door guide plate is welded with 12-15mm steel plate. After welding, a water pressure test is required. Usually, 0.5MPa water is put into the welding grid and there is no leakage within 5 minutes.
The muffle door lining is composed of refractory bricks and insulation bricks, or refractory bricks, insulation fillers and asbestos boards. At present, the most commonly used lining is the all-fiber furnace door lining, which is made of refractory fiber felt (blanket).
