The flame atmosphere of the rapid annealing furnace affects the loss

    The flame atmosphere of the rapid annealing furnace has a certain effect, so the heating furnace should maintain a weak reducing atmosphere to avoid excessive oxidation loss of the workpiece.

The solubility of coal ash varies with the atmosphere. During fixed-bed combustion or gasification, the reduction zone must be in a weakly reducing atmosphere. At this time, the ash melting point, so the coal ash melting capacity is usually measured in a weakly reducing atmosphere according to national standards.

If the water wall of the liquid slagging furnace and the oil-fired ultra-high pressure boiler is in a reducing atmosphere, high temperature corrosion caused by hydrogen sulfide and sulfur atoms produced by the decomposition of pyrite may occur. Therefore, the flame should be avoided to brush the wall, and it is better to maintain the oxidizing atmosphere on the wall. The water wall may also be rich in sulfur dioxide and cause pyrosulfate type high temperature corrosion. At this time, an air film is arranged on the wall to dilute the sulfur trioxide.

If sulfur dioxide cannot be removed in the annealing furnace, it will be discharged into the atmosphere to form pollution. Among them, 0.5-2% becomes sulfur trioxide, which is more harmful. There are two ways for rapid annealing furnace to convert sulfur dioxide into main sulfur

oxide : 
(1) Oxygen molecules dissociate into oxygen atoms in the high temperature zone of the flame, which is easy to synthesize sulfur trioxide with sulfur dioxide. In order to suppress this reaction, the excess air coefficient should be reduced, the flame temperature should be lowered, and the residence time of the flue gas in the high temperature zone should be shortened.
(2) The catalytic effect of the heated area ash and the metal oxide film, especially the vanadium oxide in the putty has a strong catalytic effect at about 540°C.
