Steps for Safe Use of Tube Furnace

1. Stirring with water in tubular furnace
Castables are subcontracted. In addition to the main ingredients, there is a small bag of additives in each bag. Pour the main ingredients and additives into the mixer. Before using the forced mixer, the castables should be dry mixed for about 1-2 minutes, the details of tubular furnace and clean tap water should be stirred, 77%+1 kg tap water should be added to every 100 kg castables, water should be added to mix evenly at the same time, material can be discharged only after careful use of steps. Mixed wet materials are transported to the construction site in time for pouring construction. If the wet material storage time is too long, resulting in poor construction performance, it should be discarded. It is strictly forbidden to put the material back into the mixer and mix it with water before using it.

2. Mold Casting
The die is firmly supported (without a large amount of slurry running) and scrubbed with oil or release agent (thin and uniform). After supporting the die, the material is evenly distributed along the die during cutting. When the material thickness is 200-400, the vibration rod opens in time. The vibrating rod can move in and out quickly, vibrate evenly, and prohibit long-term vibration in the same position to prevent particle segregation. When the surface of the material is submerged and the number of bubbles changes, it indicates that the material has been dumped. When the thickness of the casting body is more than 400 mm, the layered structure should be carried out continuously.
 
3. Demoulding and maintenance
After the high strength of the castable (12-24 hours at room temperature), the pouring formwork should be removed. Trampling, collision and so on must be avoided before the strength can not be enough to withstand greater pressure. Otherwise, cracks and corners may be damaged. Maintenance time should be appropriately prolonged or insulation measures should be taken (the optimum maintenance temperature can be guaranteed above 10 degrees Celsius). If the construction period is short, the ambient temperature should be properly raised to accelerate the hardening of the casting body. After removing the mould, the casting body must be kept in a warm and humid environment for more than 12-24 hours before baking.
